🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on non-personalised, unworn, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• In their original packaging

• Clean, unused, and in resaleable condition

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or refunds on:

• Personalised or custom items

• Sale or clearance items

• Used or damaged items (unless faulty upon arrival)

• Items returned without prior contact

🐾 Pet Accessory Safety

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any pet accessories that appear to have been worn or used.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
