📦 Dispatch & Shipping Policy
🕒 Dispatch Times
Our standard dispatch time is based on the type and quantity of items ordered.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM: The next day is classed as Day 1.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM: The day after next is classed as Day 1.
Example:
- Order placed before 5 PM Monday → Tuesday = Day 1
- Order placed after 5 PM Monday → Wednesday = Day 1
If your order includes multiple items, please follow the timeline for the item requiring the longest preparation time.

- UK shipping via Royal Mail 48 Tracked
- Flat rate: £3.50
- International shipping is not available at checkout
🚚 Shipping Method
- All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched
- Please check your tracking before contacting us — we see the same tracking info
- For further updates, contact Royal Mail directly
⏳ Delayed Parcels
- We always dispatch within the stated timeframe unless informed otherwise
- We are not responsible for Royal Mail delivery delays, especially during peak times like Christmas
- Your patience is appreciated during busy periods
📦 Lost Parcels
- All parcels are fully tracked and insured to the value of your order
- Royal Mail requires 14 working days before a parcel can be reported as lost
- Once that time passes, we will submit a claim on your behalf
- Claims may take up to 30 days
- If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will remake and resend your order
- If Royal Mail confirms delivery to your address, you must contact them directly to dispute
Seasonal items (e.g. Halloween or Christmas products) that arrive too late will not be refunded. We can offer a store credit or alternative product instead.
🧺 Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately
- If you discover damage after accepting delivery, please contact us within 24 hours
- Refused parcels for reasons other than damage will require payment for redelivery — no refunds will be issued in that case
